Returns Policy

Due to the nature of online shopping, it is possible that the end recipient's expectations are not met by the product of his choice, due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased. supports E-Commerce and gives you the ability, through the completeness of the descriptions posted on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available from your computer screen, quickly and easily.

However, wanting to cover our customers even more, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily purchases, we offer the possibility of returning products. Below we list the terms and methods of return.

Return Terms

  • The date of receipt of your order and the date of submission of the return request must not exceed 14 calendar days.
  • The packaging must not have been tampered with and must be in its original (factory) condition and the product should not have been used.
  • The product to be returned must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or the invoice.

Caution! No changes are made to products that are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items.

Return Procedure

Return process: Package the product in a larger box to protect it during shipping. We suggest using the box we shipped it in. Place inside the package a document in which you tell us how you want us to resolve the financial outstanding, if the product is deemed eligible for return. Then send the parcel, via the courier agency from which you received your order, to the attention of the Returns Department. As soon as we receive your parcel we will arrange for its replacement (within 5 working days) or credit for its value (within 10 working days).
In case the reason for the return/change is due to's mistake or a defective product, the return costs are borne by, otherwise the return costs are borne by the customer.

We would like to point out that in the event that the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, or reaches us damaged, it will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
